| I-77 North and South: Take North Parkersburg/Emerson Avenue Exit #179. Northbound, turn left on Rt.68. Southbound, turn right on Rt.68. Go approximately 2 miles to stop light. Turn right on Rosemar Road. Go approximately 2 miles and turn left on 46th Street. Follow 46th Street to Grand Central Avenue and turn left. Follow Grand Central to 27th Street. Turn left on 27th Street beside United National Bank. RVCC is approximately 3/4 mile on right. | |||||||||||||
| From Williamstown: Follow Rt. 14S into Vienna. Turn left on 27th Street beside United National Bank. RVCC is approximately 3/4 mile on right. | |||||||||||||
| From Ohio State Route 7: Take Belpre exit to Memorial Toll Bridge (cars .35) to WV. Go straight off bridge 1/4 mile to stop. Turn right onto one way road and immediately get into left lane. Take immediate left around circle. At stop sign in circle, merge into traffic which feeds directly into Grand Central Avenue. Go past restaurants, mall, and Walmart on left and Sam's Club on right. Continue on Grand Central passing Wendy's on left and through first light. Get into right lane and turn right on 27th Street beside United National Bank.
